Jomsom Muktinath trek is one of the most famous spiritual trek in Nepal, Muktinath, ancient Hindu temples of God Vishnu, most sacred Hindu site in Nepal for both Hindu and Buddhists which is situated about 18km northeast of Jomsom at the elevation of 3800m, at the foot of the Thorong La mountain pass in Mustang, Nepal. It is amazing to view the main shrine of the temple, which is designed in the Pagoda style. This Pagoda shrine symbolizes the religious symbiosis between Buddhists and Hindu, where Buddhist regards Muktinath as Buddha temple while Hindu regards as Vishnu temple. The statue of God is made of gold which depicts metal statues of Lord Vishnu, Saraswati, Goddess Laxmi, Janaki, Garuda, Sapta Rishis and Lava-Kush.  This trek also offers the spectacular views of mountains. Apart from this, you can also encounter exciting local settlements and their unique cultures. During the trek to Jomsom Muktinath, we get chances to experience moderate adventure. Muktinath and Jomsom are filled with breathtaking landscape and spiritual temples. You shall pass through several small and large settlements, dense forests full with rhododendron, through the world's deepest gorge of Kali Gandaki, and get opportunities to soak your exhausted body into the natural hot springs at Tatopani.

We will explore and pass through Tikhedhunga, Ghorepani, Tatopani, Ghansa, Marpha, Kagbeni, and finally reach Muktinath, and Jomsom, and return back to Pokhara and to Kathmandu. As you reach to Kathmandu, you will be visiting the UNESCO's World Heritage sites enlisted from this city, and shall also taste various local Newari dishes and typical Nepalese cuisines. You do not require any strenuous physical fitness to accomplish this trek. Your body must endure long duration of walking for some days in a row, and shouldn't have any problem related to knee or ankle.
