Day 01: Arrival day in Kathmandu (1,300m/4,264 ft)
Welcome to Nepal. Our representative will receive you at the airport and take you to your hotel. After you rest and freshen up, you might want to go shopping for the trek starting from the next day. We shall sit together for a short debrief session in the late afternoon, and enjoy Welcome Dinner. Stay overnight at Kathmandu.

 Day 02: Kathmandu sightseeing & trek preparation
In this day, we will manage you to visit major UNESCO World Heritage Sites; Pashupatinath Temple, Syambhunath, Boudhanath, and Kathmandu Durbar Square. In the evening you will prepare all the essential factors that are needed for the next day trek.

Day 03: Kathmandu to Jiri (2,370m/7,774ft), 8-9 hrs drive
We shall drive for approximately 8 to 9 hours on our vehicle all the way to Jiri from Kathmandu. You might not enjoy the occasional jerking and poor road condition, but the scenic views that these drive offers are worth remembering. Jirels are the native inhabitants at Jiri, and this place is the largest settlement of their tribe. Stay overnight at Jiri.
 
Day 04: Trek to Bhandar (2,190m/7,183ft), 5-6 hrs walk
After we ascend the ridge with 2400 m altitude and descend it, we arrive at Shivalaya. Then, we shall ascend Sangba Danda Pass, and other passes crossing scattered settlements. Through the forest, crossing stream, we shall climb to Deurali. Then descending downhill for an hour, we approach Bandar. This is one of the large settlements of Sherpa. Stay overnight at Bandar.
Altitude: Bhandar: 2,200 m
 
Day 05: Trek to Sete (2,575m/8,446ft), 4-5 hrs walk
We shall descend to Likhu Khola, cross the suspension bridge, and with little more walk reach Kinja Village. Then, through terraced fields and farmhouses, we shall ascend steeply uphill covered with rhododendron and oak forests for hours to reach Sete. It is a small settlement inhabited by Sherpa.  Stay overnight at Sete.
 
Day 06: Trek to Lamjura pass (3,530/11,578) to Junbesi (2,680m/8,790ft), 6-7 hrs walk
After having breakfast, we shall walk through teahouses, farmhouses, and forest ascending all the way to the highest place between Namche Bazar and Jiri—the Lamjura Pass. We shall then descend through occasional forests and reach Taktor. Down through terraced fields, we arrive at Junbesi. Stay overnight at Junbesi.
 
Day 07: Rest day at Junbesi
We shall spend this day at Junbesi, exploring nthe earby village, monastery, and letting our body acclimatize with the rising altitude. You might want to visit the traditional art center at Phugmochhe, two hours walk from Junbesi. Similarly, you might want to visit the Thubten Chhuling Monastery. Stay overnight at Junbesi.

Day 08: Trek to Nunthala (2,330m/7,642ft), 5-6 hrs walk
After breakfast in the morning, crossing the wooden bridge over the Junbesi River. Through the dense forest, crossing wooden bridges over numerous streams, passing by small huts of shepherds, we arrive at Nunthala. Throughout the trek, we pass through Phurteng Village, Salung, and Ringmu. Stay overnight at Nunthala.

Day 09: Trek to Bupsa (2300m/7,544ft), 4-5 hrs walk
Today we shall mostly ascend throughout the day until we reach Bupsa. But at first, we descend to Dudh Koshi River, and continue our trek through small houses, terraced fields, forests and arrive at Rai Village. Then, our ascending begins around rthe idge to Khari Khola and reach Bupsa. Stay overnight at Bupsa.

Day 10: Trek to Surkhe (2,290m7, 511ft), 4-6 hrs walk
After breakfast, we head off to Bhumsing Village. Then heading north we arrive at Puiyan Village. Through the lengthy wide trail, with occasional gentle ups and downs, we arrive at Surkhe. It would take approximately 5 hours to arrive at Surkhe from Bupsa. Stay overnight at Surkhe.

Day 11: Trek to Phakding (2,610m/8,561ft), 4-5 hrs walk
Ascending north from Surkhe, through monastery and school of Chaurikharka Village, we join the path from Lukla leading to Phakding. You shall find this place little busy, as other EBC trek package begins from flight to Lukla. This place offers you views of Mt. Kusum Kangaru, Mt. Nupla, etc. Stay overnight at Phakding.

Day 12: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440m/11,283ft), 5-6 hrs walk
Crossing the long bridge of Dudh Koshi River, in the next day, through pine forests we shall reach at Monjo Village. Then we come near to the Sagarmatha National Park, where after our permits are checked, we descend down to the Dudh Koshi River. Passing through Jorsale Village, ascending uphill, we finally arrive at Namche Bazar. Stay overnight at Namche Bazar.
 
Day 13: Acclimatization day at Namche
This is the day we shall spend exploring Namche Bazar and nearby village and valley. You might also want to visit the local Sherpa museum that contain histories of Sherpas and their relationship with mountains. It is important to let our body acclimatize with the altitude. You can also visit to the Everest National Park and view spectacular mountains. Stay another night at Namche Bazar.

Day 14: Trek to Tengboche (3,867m/12684ft), 5-6 hrs walk
After having breakfast in the next morning, we shall descend to the Dudh Koshi River, walk uphill through rhododendron forest, and cross the river. After this, the steep uphill tests our endurance. Tengboche offers the opportunity to visit the local monastery which is considered to be the largest in this region. Stay overnight at Tengboche.

Day 15: Trek to Dingboche (4,358m/14,295 ft), 5-6 hrs walk
Through forest full with conifers, birch and rhododendron, we shall descend to Devuche. After crossing the Imja Khola we arrive at Pangboche. We shall walk through an upper trail of Pangboche, passing Imja Valley. Before we climb up to Dingboche valley, we have to cross the Lobuche River. The view of stone walls protecting the growing barley welcomes us at Dingboche. Stay overnight at Dingboche.

Day 16: Acclimatization day at Dingboche
After walking through the terminal moraine, we shall gently climb to Duglha. Here, you shall witness the memorial stupas built in memory of the dead trekkers in their pursuit to the Everest. Then another climb leading to Chupki Lhara awaits us. You will get good opportunity to view the mountains such as Mt. Pumori, Mahalangur, Lingtren, Khumbutse, etc. till we reach Lobuche. Stay overnight at Lobuche.

Day 17: Trek to Gorakshep (5,160m/16,929ft) & Everest base camp (5,316m/17,437ft), 7-8 hrs walk
Here comes the day we had been waiting for! After short ascending, we walk on the EBC trek route until we arrive at Gorakshep. Then we are at Everest Base Camp; a place worth taking plenty of picture at the base of the Mt. Everest. We shall return back to Gorakshep in the late afternoon. Stay overnight at Gorakshep.


Day 18: Kalapathar (5,550m/18,204ft) hike and stroll back to Pheriche (4,200m/13,776ft), 6-7 hrs walk 
Early in the morning, we shall ascend to the Kalapatthar peak. From the top of the peak ,the view of run rays’ flooding over the Mt. Everest might arrest you with its natural beauty and spectacular offer. After that, we shall return back to Gorakshep and trek to Pheriche. Stay overnight at Pheriche.

Day 19: Trek to Namche Bazar
This is the second day of our return trip. We shall climb uphill for about an hour, and then climb down. Witnessing the blooming red rhododendron in the forest, Himalayan wildlife, walking through Sansa, and another forest, we shall reach Namche Bazar. Overnight at Namche Bazar.

Day 20: Trek to Phakding/Lukla
After breakfast in the morning, we shall cross the Hillary Suspension Bridge and walk through some villages. Then we shall descend, and cross other extra villages, bridges, and monasteries to arrive at Lukla. Here, we shall part away with our guides and porters; we shall have a memorable dinner at Lukla. Stay overnight at Lukla.

Day 21: Flight to Kathmandu
In the morning, we shall return to Kathmandu with a 30 minutes flight from Lukla. We will drop you at your hotel. You might want to let your mind and body rest they deserve. You might want to recollect all the memories you've had gathered in this trek, in the evening you will enjoy Farewell Dinner. Overnight at Kathmandu.

Day 22: Final Departure
Our representative shall drop you at the Tribhuvan International Airport, within plenty of time before your return flight. We shall bid our goodbyes. Have a safe and happy journey back to your country.

Trekking equipments
The main essentials to bring are:
  • Sturdy and comfortable hiking boots, flip-flops
  • Sleeping bag (depending on your accommodation) and -20 degree Celsius for colder regions
  • Daypack, trekking bag pack, dry sack and camera bag
  • Few changes of clothes for the varying temperatures
  • For cold weather, hiking pants, thermals, gloves, neck warmer/scarf, beanie, a warm inner jacket and a windproof / waterproof outer jacket and down jacket are essential.
  • Water purification supplies, a reusable water bottle and a camelback water bladder
  • Sunscreen, Hat, sunglasses, moisturizing skin cream and lip balm
  • Few snacks, granola bars
  • Hiking stick or two
  • Waterproof case, fabric bandages such as moleskin, a headlamp, altitude sickness and other medication
  • Camera and binoculars.
  • Hand sanitizers, toilet paper, band-aids, wet wipes
  • Extra batteries (solar chargers recommended)
On the popular trekking routes, everyday supplies, such as toilet paper, soap, chocolate bars, and even basic hiking supplies can be purchased along the way, though prices rise dramatically as you go higher in elevation. Try to stock up lower down and buy locally-produced products such as fruit, biscuits etc. Maps are easy to find in Nepal. For the more difficult treks involving mountaineering, crampons and ice axes may be required. Simpler types of crampons, which attach to the shoe using a rubber ring, are easily obtainable in the Thamel neighborhood. These are variously known as spikes, micro spikes and chains.
